To guard the integrity of our products, ensure positive customer experiences, and protect the profitability of our valued partners, we will, from this point forward, limit the channels and venues through which dealers and distributors may bring or direct M&F Western Products’ (“M&F”) products to the retail markets. If you plan to continue to deal in M&F’s products, we will require you to abide by the terms of our Retailer Agreement.

Also, we are implementing a new UMAP (Unilateral Minimum Advertised Pricing) Policy effective September 1st,2021. We will enforce this policy across all online channels.
