Returns

M&F Western Products Instructions for Returns:

1. Check Shipments promptly!
2. Notify us immediately of shortages or damages.
3. Hold all damaged goods in the original carton with packing materials if damaged in shipping.
4. No returns accepted without a return authorization number. 
5. Returns must be sent the least expensive way. 
6. If shipment was received LTL and shows up damaged, you MUST sign the delivery receipt as Number of DAMAGED BOXES.

If damage is found after delivery, contact M&F Western Products IMMEDIATELY.  Failure to report damage immediately may result in denial of damage claims. 

DAMAGE CLAIM REQUIREMENTS – All damages must be held in original packaging until the inspection is completed.  Any LTL shipments with Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt for a claim to be approved.

All Photos Required

During the photo documentation process, seven different photos will be requested.

• A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box.
• A photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging material used.
• A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (general starts with 1Z)
• A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on the outside of the box)
• Two photos showing all six (6) sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)

We warranty items with manufacture defects.  This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to mishandling of the product.  We warranty items for up to a year of purchase or will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis to determine the correct action needed.
